  • 30/60/120 Day Notice - In Cook County a 30-Day notice is provided to terminate a tenancy that is less than 6 months. A 60-Day Notice is required for non-renewal of a lease for tenants who have resided in a unit for more than 6 months but less than 3 years. A 120-Day Notice is required for tenants who have resided in a property for more than 3 years. These notices are only for termination of lease without cause.
